White fillings are used to replace part of a tooth that has been lost because of decay or accidental damage, they come in a range of shades which can be matched to the exact colour of your own teeth. They can be used to reshape and rebuild broken edges or worn teeth. White fillings are also sometimes used to cover marks (discolouration) which cannot be removed by cleaning.
